MY SEALER STORE BIRTHDAY MONTH COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The promoter is: My Sealer Store which is contactable through sales@mysealer.store and (+27) 72 995 7075
- The offer is open and valid to residents of South Africa aged 16 years or over except employees of My Sealer Store as well as their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- Customers need to purchase any Woodoc Product from My Sealer Store during the competition period to enter the competition. The order must be to the value of R500 or more to qualify.
- After purchasing and receiving the order from My Sealer Store, customers must take a picture of their order and post it in the caption of the competition post along with their order number during the competition period to enter the competition.
- By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition period is from 1 October 2024 until 7 November 2024. No competition entries will be accepted after the stipulated period.
- Competition winners will receive a Weber Kettle Braai as well as Woodoc branded item(s).
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries (comments) not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the promotion and how to qualify are as follows: Entrants need to purchase any Woodoc Product(s), to the value of R500 or more, from My Sealer Store during October. Once they receive their order, they need to take a picture of the order and post the picture and comment with their order number in the caption of the Facebook competition post.
- The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are published via the My Sealer Store Facebook page (instructions on the competition post). Winners will be selected at random from the competition post published on the My Sealer Store Facebook page.
- Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted (provided it’s different orders placed and captured).
- The closing date for the entire competition will be 7 November 2024 at midnight (this is to allow customers who purchased products at the end of the month enough time to receive their orders and enter the competition). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be announced on the My Sealer Store South Africa Facebook post on 8 November 2024.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by Facebook and if the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate competition details supplied to any customer by any third party connected with this competition.
- The competition is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered to the winners.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
